Photobooth Terms and Conditions


Aesthetic Events agrees to have a Photo Booth operational for a minimum of 90% during the agreed service period; if required, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Photo Booth.


A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 of the total cost is due upon signing of a contract.
Aesthetic Events will raise an invoice for the deposit which will signify acceptance of the contract by Aesthetic Events however the contract will be non-binding until the deposit amount has been received from the client.

The remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks in advance of your event date.

Payment is available via Direct Deposit, Cheque or cash tender only, unless prior arrangements have been made and stipulated in contract.

Non-payment of the final amount after the due date will forfeit the booking and deposit amount unless a new date has been re-negotiated under a new signed and amended contract.

If the client requires use of the equipment for a period in excess of the agreed service period additional rental charges will be payable by the client to the Provider, calculated on a pro rata basis.

Payment of all additional rental charges must be made in full by the client before any additional service period commences.


Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance of the original event date.

Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled.

Any cancellation occurring less than fourteen days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.


The Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment (other than fair wear and tear) caused either by:
a) Any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by Client or its guests (invited or uninvited)
b) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake).
Client acknowledges Provider shall have the right to decline service to client’s guest (invited or uninvited), for misuse, inappropriate photos or unruly behaviour.


Delivery and pickup of the photobooth is free within 25km of Perth CBD.
Any events held outside of this distance will incur a single fee for the extra travel required, this is calculated on a pro-rata rate of $2 per km over the 25km threshold.

Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at event’s venue.

Client shall provide Aesthetic Events with safe and appropriate working conditions and a solid level floor. This includes an unobstructed 2m x 2m area for set up.
Client will provide Aesthetic Events with clear and concise directions to event and setup location
Client either directly or in conjunction with the venue will provide and reserve one parking location as close to the setup location as possible.
If parking is not located directly in front of venue, client will organise an appropriate temporary loading/unloading location as close to venue access as possible.

Client is responsible for providing power for the Photo booth.
The photo booth requires a 240V, 10 amp, 3 prong Australian outlet from a reliable power source within 20 meters (along a wall) of the set up area.
The power circuit must be free of all other connected loads or catering equipment. Any delay in the performance or damage to the photo booth equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the client.
If power must traverse across doorways, walkways or away from the wall, the Client must make sure the venue will allow the cable to be taped to the floor with “Gaffer Tape” or the venue will provide Aesthetic Events with appropriate cable tray or floor covering equipment to make safe the cables in public areas.
If the venue does not have the appropriate equipment to make safe the cables in public areas, Aesthetic Events can provide cable trays at an additional cost but must be arranged 30 days prior to the event.
Aesthetic Events has the right to refuse photo booth hire if the venue cannot appropriately accommodate the equipment in a safe manner.
The client shall provide crowd control if warranted


If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed several from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof.

This is the entire agreement between Aesthetic Events and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration.

In the unlikely event that it is not possible, other than for reasons beyond the Provider’s control, to provide an operational Photo Booth for at least 90% of the agreed service period, the Provider shall make a refund to the Customer calculated pro rata from the total charge made for the agreed service period.

If no service is received, the Provider’s maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from the Customer. The Provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement.

The standard props are a free addition to the photo booth hire and if for any reason they are not working or available, the client is not entitled to a refund.

Social media integration utilises services provided outside the control of the provider (for example, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Email, Optus, Telstra or any other company providing internet services) and whilst the provider will to the best of their ability maintain this feature if it becomes unavailable during the event the client is not entitled to a full refund however a pro-rata amount of the cost for social media integration will be provided calculated by the time the feature was unavailable.


If the photo booth is to be used in an outdoor setting prior arrangements must be made with Aesthetic Events. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth is under protective covering and level ground.
In the event the Client can’t or does not provide appropriate cover, photo booth services will end if inclement weather occurs.
In the event that services end early due to inclement weather during an outdoor event Client will not receive a refund in part or in full.


Client agrees to, and understands the following:
a) Client will indemnify provider against any and all liability related to Client’s Event during or after Client’s event. Client will indemnify Provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with Client.
b) Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the Photo Booth its representatives, employees or affiliates at Client’s event.


YES I agree to the model release below or NO I do not agree.
We realise some clients of ours as well as others wish the photos to remain private which is why we have the option above.

We’d love to use your photos on our web site, Facebook page or promotional material but understand your privacy. Client agrees to, and understands the following: All guests using the photo booth hereby give Aesthetic Events the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition, I hereby release, discharge and agree to Aesthetic Events, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Please note, that if you do NOT agree with the model release, Aesthetic Events is unable utilise any of the “Social Media” features of the booth and the client will only receive a USB storage drive with all of the photos taken by the booth at the end of the event. As the booth does not print any slips, client will need to distribute the photos accordingly to their guests and indemnify Aesthetic Events from any liability as mentioned in the model release above.
